How It Works
Ordering Extra Holes golf balls, step by step
YOU
place your order on our order page, making sure to select the personalized message or image you’d like printed on each ball, along with the name of the deceased, your contact info and the address to which you would like your custom collection kit shipped.
WE
ship you our Extra Holes collection kit, which includes a small sealable tin for the remains, a USPS Priority Mail Express padded envelope, two USPS “Cremated Remains” labels, an Express Mail form addressed to us, a prepaid gift card for the USPS postage fee and complete instructions.
TIME
Your collection kit ships to you within 2-3 business days after receiving your order
YOU
use our collection kit to provide us with the proper amount of remains (approximately 4 oz.) to create one dozen Extra Holes golf balls, and return the sealed collection tin to us via the USPS envelope provided, being sure to follow our instructions for mailing.
WE
personalize each ball with your custom message or picture, then hand-assemble them using the supplied remains, along with a plant-based powder to fill each ball. The balls are then packaged and shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail Express 2-Day service.
TIME
Your completed order ships to you within 5-7 days, following receipt of your complete collection kit

Approximately 1/2 of one tablespoon of cremated remains are needed for us to produce each Extra Holes ball (click to zoom).
Your collection kit and your completed order are shipped via USPS and identified with a special label (click to zoom).
Each personlized ball is hand-assembled, packaged and shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail Express 2-Day service (click to zoom).
The U.S. Post Office is the only legal method by which to send cremated remains, and the USPS has developed a very meticulous, safe and respectful way to handle these types of shipments. No other delivery service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) can legally accept or ship cremated remains.
